Your Portfolio's
Missing Asset Class.

You don't need a fund, a network, or a seat at the table. You just need a framework. Learn to invest in startups through the platforms that opened the door to everyone — with real strategies from someone who's been doing it since 2018.

The Investing World Has Changed.
Have You?

The JOBS Act in the US and FCA regulations in the UK opened startup investing to everyone — not just accredited investors in private back rooms. For the first time in history, regular people can invest in early-stage companies through regulated platforms. If you're building toward financial independence, this is a lever most people don't know they have. But the platforms make it easy to invest. They don't make it easy to invest wisely.

Thomas Quinlan has been in tech since before the web had pictures. Since 2018, he's invested through platforms on both sides of the Atlantic — Crowdcube in the UK, StartEngine in the US — and has done direct angel deals. He knows what works, what doesn't, and what the platforms won't tell you.

He holds a CS degree, an MBA, and a Masters in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins. He's also a CISSP, a published author, and — most importantly — someone who's made every mistake in this book so you don't have to.

He currently lives in Dubai, which means he's seen investing regulations on three continents.
